Shipping Policy

Le Chic Boutique ships throughout the European Union via express couriers. In accordance with current international trade laws, the goods shipped are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the total value of the goods purchased in the same currency as the original purchase. Furthermore, the value of each individual item purchased is indicated on the invoice.
 

  1. Goods in stock:  Order processing can take 2 to 10 business days. The amount of credit card transactions is charged when the order is processed. 

     

  2.  Boutique Meravigli SRLS processes orders in Milan, Italy, from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 2-5 business days from the order date. After processing the order, delivery for shipments destined for Italy is expected within 3-4 working days. Delivery for shipments destined for the European Union is expected within 3-4 working days. 

  3. Lechicboutique.com ships throughout the EU via express couriers. Boutique Meravigli SRLS cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, customs controls or other circumstances beyond the control of Boutique Meravigli srls.

  4. TRACEABILITY OF SHIPMENT

  5. When the order is entrusted to the courier, customers receive a notification email from Le chic Boutique which provides the consignment note number relating to the order and a link where they can view the progress of the package.

  6. PACKAGE DELIVERY

  7. Upon delivery of the goods, customers are asked to inspect the package carefully before signing to confirm receipt of the same. Boutique Meravigli SRLS parcels are carefully sealed and shipped in special high-strength cartons. If the customer receives a box that has been opened by Customs or the Courier for authorized external inspections, the package must be closed with a guarantee or control seal by the institution. If the package appears tampered with or the original adhesive tape is not intact, the customer is asked to refuse delivery of the same by subsequently opening a complaint to: lechicboutique.milano@gmail.com

  8. DELIVERY FAILURE

  9. All customers, by placing an order, establish a commercial relationship with Boutique Meravigli  SRLS and undertake to accept delivery of the package relating to your order. If a package is not delivered to the customer's address for reasons attributable to his lack of cooperation (incorrect/incomplete telephone number, incorrect/incomplete address, absent recipient) or if the customer refuses delivery, the package is returned to the sender Boutique Meravigli SRLS in Italy at the customer's expense. The costs borne by the customer include shipping costs and any customs duties, these costs will be deducted from the refund due. If the payment method selected is "cash on delivery" and the package will not be collected, Boutique Meravigli SRLS will have the right and power to suspend the account of the customer in question, so as to no longer be able to allow future purchases on lechicboutique. com

Return Policy

Returns can be made  at the office indicating the desired choice between these different options:

  • Change size and/or product

  • Store Credit

  • Financial refund, excluding shipping costs.
     

Returned products must meet the following conditions for the order to be refunded:

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags intact

  • Products that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted

  • Returns of items with a return label will only be successful if the label has not been removed
